Ceramic-based IR converter

The latest generation of IR converters for Nd:YAG lasers

The IRC 1064 IR-type is an active IR converter to render laser radiation visible. We developed this IR converter especially for visualising laser radiation at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The IR converter is based on doped Al2O3 ceramic.

Easy handling, a high destruction threshold, the long service life, the very large homogeneous beam formation and the fact that it can be used on both sides characterise the IR converter, IRC 1064.

Application

  • Laser radiation rendered visible (light conversion)
  • Aid for adjustment of optical beam paths
  • Mode profiling

Technical data IR-Converter
