Flow tubes and flow plates

Flow tubes

We supply affordable, customer-specific flow tubes with antireflection coatings inside and outside made from various glass materials especially for laser technology. The geometries are controlled precisely. By standard front surfaces are plano parallel with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm or ±0.01 mm.

DURAN®/ quartz glass

Standard dimensions

Dimensions: Ø 3-15 mm, length 10 to 120 mm
Tolerances: up to +/- 0.001 mm

Standard coating

  • Inside and outside AR for 808/ 810 nm, T ≥ 99.5 %
  • Inside and outside AR for 940 nm, T ≥ 99.5 %
  • Broadband antireflection coating inside and outside for AR 800 - 1000 nm, T ≥ 99.5 %

Flow plates

For setting up resonators we produce customer specific flow plates. These are precision made, optically polished and plano parallel, by standard with an accuracy of ±0.01 mm or ±0.01 mm.

Dimensions: 100 x 12 mm
Thickness: 3 mm
Tolerances: up to +/- 0.001 mm

Surface accuracy

  • Planarity of the surface up 1 λ
  • Polish quality compliant with DIN 10110 or P4

All flow tubes and flow plates are manufactured according to your specific requirements and can be supplied with ceramic reflectors, laser rods and flashlights incl. resonator housing at your request.
